When will I see proof of my bag?

PROOFS FOR BAGS
A proof will be sent via Etsy Convo within 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Your order will only be processed after we receive your approval. You will receive three sets of revisions. Any additional proofs beyond the first three will incur a fee of $5.00 for three extra proofs.

Please note: Proofs are only sent for custom favor bags. Proofs will not be sent for hangover kits, wine labels, or any stickers.

Proofs will only be sent after the purchase has been made. Please check your messages regularly. The sooner you approve your proof; the sooner I can fulfill your order.

Package was lost in the mail?

Once the package is picked up by USPS, it is out of my hands.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact USPS at:

In the event that the package is lost, both Sweet Love Favors and the customer will share the cost of sending a replacement product.

What if my package was stolen?

Once the package is picked up by USPS, it is out of my hands.
If USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered, I cannot issue a refund or replacement product. If you believe your item was stolen, please contact your local police station and post office. USPS uses GPS tracking on all mail carriers and satellites to ensure that the package was delivered to the correct time and place as indicated by the tracking information.

What if my pacakge was sent to the wrong adresses?

Please make sure your address is correct during the checkout process.
I am not responsible if your package is sent to the address on file with Etsy. Ensure your address is current before completing your order. If your package was sent to the address on file and you no longer live there, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

What if my pacakge is lost? (exculdes not updating your adderss to your current address)

If the package was lost both Sweet Love Candy and the customer will split the costs for new product to be sent out.
